About the role
Avensys is seeking an Employee Relationship Officer to join its Riyadh office. The role focuses on managing government‑related HR platforms and ensuring compliance with Saudi labour regulations while supporting overall HR operations.
Key responsibilities
- Administer and maintain government HR platforms such as Qiwa, GOSI, Muqeem and Mudad.
- Ensure all HR processes comply with Saudi labour laws.
- Coordinate and support the Tawteen national employment program.
- Oversee general HR functions, including employee relations and documentation.
Required profile
- Demonstrated experience with Saudi labour legislation.
- Hands‑on experience with the Tawteen program.
- Familiarity with Saudi government HR portals (Qiwa, GOSI, Muqeem, Mudad).
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple HR processes.
