Endpoint Applications Specialist

About the role

Greenberg Traurig (GT), a global law firm, is hiring an Endpoint Applications Specialist for its Riyadh Regional Headquarters office, on an in-office basis. The role reports to the Endpoint Applications Manager and covers the evaluation, customization, implementation, administration and Tier 3 subject-matter expert support of core firm applications and their upgrades, including Microsoft Office 365 products and add-ins, PDF software, document productivity tools, SaaS applications and team-assigned apps.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate, deploy, manage and support assigned applications at enterprise level
• Create project plans, set schedules and execute application rollouts and upgrades
• Analyse and test products and systems, presenting recommendations to management
• Customize applications to meet user requirements and prepare project documentation
• Work with clients, specialists and system engineers to resolve issues and improve workflows
• Maintain and develop in-house macros, customizations and tools
• Create low-code process flows with RPA tools such as Microsoft Power Automate and UIPath
• Provide Tier 3 SME support and deliver presentations as assigned

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in computer science and/or information systems, or equivalent experience
• At least two years' experience in applications testing, configuration, deployment, administration and support
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Arabic
• Ability to complete assignments with minimal supervision and strong communication skills

• Microsoft 365, Windows, Word, Excel and Outlook
• VBA, VB.NET and C# with Visual Studio
• SQL queries and database management
• PowerShell, Python, JavaScript and JSON (a plus)
• Copilot for M365 (a plus)
