Junior IT Account Administration Specialist

About the role

Greenberg Traurig (GT), a global law firm, is hiring a Junior IT Account Administration Specialist for its Riyadh Regional Headquarters office. The role is based in the office and reports to the Account Administration Manager. It covers account creation, maintenance and access control for employees, and involves working overtime and on-call shifts.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain Active Directory and ADERANT accounts, including changes, deactivations and deletions
• Manage cloud accounts in Microsoft Entra (Azure)
• Manage user accounts in third-party systems such as Dropbox, Box, Google Workspace, SharePoint, Preparis, eFax, PingOne Identity and Zoom
• Maintain firm-wide distribution lists in on-premises AD and cloud groups in Microsoft Entra
• Log, track and update requests through the Ivanti ticketing system
• Track user recertification approvals and follow up on service requests
• Provide Tier I support and on-call support to the Account Administration Team
• Assist in training helpdesk and account administration staff, and provide advanced support for HR and the Office of Firm Counsel
• Help improve the Account Administration function, act as subject matter expert on technology projects and maintain SOPs and QRC documentation

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 1-3 years of experience in Active Directory or related work
• Detail-oriented, professional, able to keep confidential information and communicate technical topics simply
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Required skills

• Active Directory and Microsoft Office 365
• Ivanti ticketing system or similar; SQL management preferred
• PowerShell preferred
• Certifications such as MCSA, AZ900, Security+ and Network+ are highly desirable
