Engineering Manager – Web & Cloud Solutions

About the role

Plain Concepts is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead web‑focused projects for its global client base. You will guide a multidisciplinary team, translate client needs into technical solutions, and ensure delivery using the latest cloud and AI technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Understand project objectives and define technical scope.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Maintain proactive communication with clients and support the team in client interactions.
• Design and oversee implementation of web solutions, ensuring alignment with client requirements.
• Conduct data and process analyses to drive optimization.
• Provide technical guidance to clients and resolve conflicts or risks.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience as an Engineering Manager or similar role coordinating web projects.
• Strong background as a software engineer, preferably with Node.js and React.js.
• Experience with Cloud (Google Cloud Platform) and DevOps practices.
• Familiarity with Generative AI concepts such as Retrieval‑Augmented Generation and AI agents.
• Proven ability to lead teams of 10+ members and manage stakeholder relationships.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
