English Teacher (A Level) – Al Khobar

About the role

The school is seeking an experienced English Teacher to join its British International curriculum team for the upcoming academic year. You will deliver English Literature and Language instruction up to A Level, following the English National Curriculum in a state‑of‑the‑art campus.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, deliver and assess English Literature and Language lessons for Key Stage 4 and Sixth Form.
• Prepare engaging resources aligned with the English National Curriculum.
• Monitor student progress, provide feedback and support individual learning needs.
• Participate in faculty meetings, professional development and school events.
• Uphold safeguarding policies and maintain accurate student records.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree plus PGCE or QTS from a UK institution.
• Minimum of 2 years post‑qualification teaching experience.
• Proven experience teaching English Literature and Language up to A Level.
• Familiarity with the English National Curriculum or a British International School setting.
• Valid police clearance/DBS and two professional references.
