Enterprise Architect

About the role

Eram Talent is seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to lead the design and evolution of enterprise‑wide technology architecture that aligns with business objectives and drives digital transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the Enterprise Architecture strategy aligned with business goals.
• Document current‑state and target‑state architecture across Business, Application, Data, and Technology domains.
• Define and enforce architecture principles, standards, governance frameworks, and best practices.
• Create and maintain architecture artifacts such as diagrams, models, blueprints, and technical documentation.
• Develop and manage technology roadmaps that support growth and digital transformation.
• Provide architectural guidance and technical leadership throughout solution design and project implementation.
• Review and evaluate proposed technologies to ensure alignment with enterprise standards and strategic objectives.
• Conduct architecture reviews, impact assessments, and gap analyses for new initiatives.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, project teams, and IT leadership to ensure solutions meet requirements.
• Identify opportunities to optimize, modernize, and standardize systems and infrastructure.
• Ensure compliance with governance, security standards, and organizational policies.
• Research emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in Enterprise Architecture, Solution Architecture, or a related IT architecture role.
• Professional certifications such as TOGAF, Zachman Certified Enterprise Architect (ZCEA), Certified IT Architect (CITA) or equivalent preferred.

Required skills

• Strong understanding of Enterprise Architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman).
• Experience with business, application, data, and technology architecture.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, enterprise applications, infrastructure, and integration technologies.
• Ability to develop architecture principles, standards, and governance models.
