Enterprise Architecture Manager

About the role

The National Commercial Bank is looking for an Enterprise Architecture Manager to lead the design, development, and governance of end‑to‑end solution architectures. The role will ensure architectural blueprints align with business needs and drive system enhancements across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and drive implementation of architectural blueprints across multiple technology domains.
• Influence stakeholders and ensure compliance with architectural standards.
• Compile, deliver, and evangelize end‑to‑end architectural roadmaps.
• Serve as subject‑matter expert, providing constructive feedback to domain architects.
• Guide delivery leads and partners in creating solution architectures and support development until go‑live.
• Provide architecture governance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with business development and key stakeholders to develop solution proposals and architecture options.
• Monitor team best practices and communicate enterprise‑wide issues.
• Define technical specifications for RFIs/RFPs and evaluate proposals for system enhancements.

Required profile

• Minimum 60 months of relevant experience in enterprise architecture, preferably within banking.
