Enterprise Architecture Senior Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Architecture Senior Manager to lead EA governance, align technology initiatives with business strategy, and ensure architectural standards are embedded across the organization. The role reports to senior leadership and influences decision‑making at the enterprise level.

Key responsibilities

• Lead EA governance processes, architecture review boards, and compliance monitoring.
• Ensure all solutions adhere to EA principles, standards, and reference models.
• Approve architecture exceptions after risk and impact assessment.
• Align IT initiatives and application portfolios with business capabilities and strategic goals.
• Drive portfolio rationalisation, technology standardisation, and cost‑optimisation.
• Define, enhance and maintain EA frameworks, standards and reference models.
• Partner with senior leadership, business stakeholders and technology teams as a trusted advisor.
• Provide architectural direction and governance for major programs and delivery lifecycles.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• 9–12+ years of experience in enterprise or solution architecture.
• Proven leadership in architecture governance and multi‑domain environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.

Required skills

• TOGAF (or similar EA framework).
• Cloud platforms – AWS, Azure, GCP.
• COBIT (preferred).
• PMP certification (nice to have).
