Enterprise Platform, Apps & Data Engineering Manager

About the role

The Enterprise Platform, Apps & Data Engineering Manager will lead the definition and delivery of the vision and roadmap for both existing and new services within the ITOT directorate. This role ensures that every customer journey aligns with a shared, customer‑focused vision while meeting enterprise strategic goals.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the service roadmap for the ITOT portfolio, covering business processes, applications, data, infrastructure and services.
• Own each customer journey, setting vision, KPIs, budgets and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
• Identify, evaluate and recommend solutions before acquisition or creation to guarantee strategic alignment.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate requirements into actionable plans.
• Monitor performance against KPIs and adjust strategies to meet organizational objectives.

Required profile

• Minimum 9 years of experience in Information Technology.
• At least 2 years in a managerial position overseeing technical teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or an equivalent field.
