Enterprise Project Manager

About the role

The Enterprise Project Manager will lead the end‑to‑end delivery of complex, enterprise‑scale projects, coordinating multiple teams and senior stakeholders. This role ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, milestones and deliverables.
• Manage project budgets, resources, dependencies, risks, issues and change requests.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams including Business, Technology, Product and external vendors.
• Establish communication and reporting mechanisms for senior management and key stakeholders.
• Facilitate governance meetings, steering committees and status reviews.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of experience managing enterprise‑scale, cross‑functional technology or digital transformation projects.
• Proven ability to work with senior stakeholders and executive management.
• Preferred PMP, PRINCE2, PMI‑ACP or similar certification.

• Project governance, PMO processes, risk management and budgeting.
• Strong leadership, communication and negotiation abilities.
