About the role
We are looking for an entry‑level Administrative Assistant to support our remote operations. You will work independently in a digital environment, handling routine administrative tasks that keep our daily workflow organized and efficient.
Key responsibilities
- Perform data entry and keep internal records accurate.
- Update spreadsheets, trackers, and documentation on a regular basis.
- Organize digital files so information is easily accessible.
- Assist with scheduling, task coordination, and overall administrative workflows.
- Monitor assigned tasks, follow up on pending items, and flag missing or inconsistent data.
- Provide clear written communication to internal teams and maintain up‑to‑date information.
Required profile
- Strong attention to detail and high accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities.
- Ability to follow structured instructions and workflows.
- Basic familiarity with Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel.
- Clear written communication skills.
- Self‑motivated, able to work independently in a remote setting.
- No prior experience required; training will be provided.
