About the role
We are looking for a motivated Entry-Level Administrative Assistant to support daily business operations remotely. You will help keep company records accurate, assist teams with workflow coordination, and ensure information is organized and easily accessible.
Key responsibilities
- Perform data entry and maintain up‑to‑date records across internal systems.
- Update spreadsheets, trackers, and documentation regularly.
- Organize digital files and ensure easy access for team members.
- Assist with scheduling, task coordination, and administrative workflows.
- Monitor assigned tasks, follow up on pending items, and flag missing or inconsistent data.
- Support internal teams by maintaining structured and current information.
Required profile
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organizational and time‑management skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and work within structured workflows.
- Clear written communication skills.
- Self‑motivated, able to work independently in a remote environment.
- No prior experience required; training will be provided.
Required skills
- Basic familiarity with Google Sheets.
- Basic familiarity with Microsoft Excel.
