About the role
We are a fast‑growing company looking for a motivated Entry‑Level Administrative Assistant to support daily business operations remotely. You will help keep our records accurate, assist teams with workflow coordination, and ensure information is organized and easily accessible.
Key responsibilities
- Perform data entry and maintain up‑to‑date records across internal systems.
- Update spreadsheets, trackers, and documentation on a regular basis.
- Organize digital files and ensure information is easy to locate.
- Assist with scheduling, task coordination, and general administrative workflows.
- Monitor assigned tasks, follow up on pending items, and flag missing or inconsistent data.
- Maintain clear, professional written communication with internal teams.
Required profile
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organizational and time‑management abilities.
- Ability to follow structured workflows and instructions.
- Self‑motivated, able to work independently in a remote setting.
- No prior experience required; training will be provided.
Required skills
- Basic familiarity with Google Sheets.
- Basic familiarity with Microsoft Excel.
