About the role
This entry‑level position provides essential administrative and operational support to internal teams in a fully remote environment. It is ideal for a detail‑oriented professional eager to learn how modern, distributed organizations manage day‑to‑day workflows.
Key responsibilities
- Provide day‑to‑day administrative and operational assistance to various internal teams.
- Assist with scheduling, calendar coordination, meeting preparation, and follow‑up tasks.
- Maintain organized workflows, update internal documents, trackers, and shared resources.
- Support onboarding activities for new team members, including coordination and documentation.
- Perform basic reporting, data entry, and record management.
- Identify and suggest improvements to streamline administrative processes.
- Serve as a reliable point of contact for internal requests and ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time.
Required profile
- 0–2 years of experience in an administrative, operations, or support role (internships welcome).
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Clear written and verbal communication abilities.
- Comfortable working remotely and managing multiple priorities.
- Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
Required skills
- Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Calendar).
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
