Entry Level Operations Associate (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Entry Level Operations Associate to join our fast‑growing recruitment consultancy. The position is fully remote (based in Saudi Arabia) and offers comprehensive on‑the‑job training, giving you a solid foundation in operations, recruitment and HR within the GCC market.

Key responsibilities

• Support day‑to‑day operations and administrative tasks.
• Assist with government compliance, documentation and regulatory requirements.
• Help coordinate recruitment processes and manage candidate pipelines.
• Utilise technology tools for data management and reporting.
• Provide general HR and operational support to the team.
• Identify and contribute to process improvements as you gain experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in any field.
• Strong communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Highly organised, reliable and eager to learn.
• Comfortable working remotely with a proactive attitude.
• Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office / Google Workspace).
• No prior experience required – full training will be provided.
