Human Resources Officer

About the role

The Human Resources Officer will support and manage day‑to‑day HR operations and employee relations within a structured, compliance‑driven environment in Saudi Arabia. The role demands a solid grasp of KSA Labour Law, experience handling employee relations, disciplinary actions, terminations, and government‑relations (PRO) activities such as visa processing and platform management.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for employee‑relations matters, ensuring fair and timely issue resolution.
• Support grievance handling, disciplinary actions, and investigations in line with KSA Labour Law.
• Assist with termination processes (resignation, dismissal, end‑of‑service) and maintain proper documentation.
• Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
• Ensure compliance with KSA Labour Law, company policies, and internal procedures.
• Maintain accurate data on HR systems (Qiwa, GOSI, HRMS, etc.) and support internal/external audits.
• Coordinate and process employee visas, Iqama issuance/renewals, transfers, and cancellations.
• Manage transactions through Qiwa, Muqeem, Absher, and GOSI platforms.
• Track expiry of Iqamas, licenses, and official documents to ensure timely renewals.
• Assist in recruitment coordination and onboarding processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of HR experience in Saudi Arabia.
• Strong knowledge of KSA Labour Law and government platforms (Qiwa, GOSI, Muqeem, Absher).
• Experience in PRO/government‑relations activities.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
• Experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical sector is a plus.
