Equipment Maintenance Technician – Airport Operations

About the role

The company seeks an experienced Equipment Maintenance Technician to ensure the reliability and availability of specialized airport operational equipment. You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance while adhering to aviation safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on airport operational equipment following OEM recommendations and company procedures.
• Conduct inspections, diagnostics, troubleshooting, repairs, and functional testing to maintain equipment reliability.
• Coordinate with internal technical teams and external OEM support to resolve technical issues.
• Carry out pre‑operational inspections and functionality checks before equipment release.
• Maintain equipment performance in line with operational KPIs and prepare daily maintenance reports.
• Respond to equipment breakdowns and support emergency maintenance activities.
• Identify continuous‑improvement opportunities to enhance reliability and efficiency.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics or related field.
• 2‑3 years of experience maintaining airport ground support equipment or similar industrial machinery.
• Strong knowledge of electrical, electronic, hydraulic, pneumatic and mechanical systems.
• Previous experience in aviation or airport operations is highly preferred.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Preferred age range 28‑35 years.

Required skills

• Troubleshooting and fault diagnosis of complex equipment.
• Interpretation of technical manuals, wiring diagrams and maintenance procedures.
• Knowledge of electrical, electronic, hydraulic, pneumatic and mechanical systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and maintenance reporting systems.
