Equipment Maintenance Technician

About the role

The Equipment Maintenance Technician will ensure the reliability and efficiency of production line equipment within a joint‑venture focused on HVAC solutions. The role involves planning maintenance activities, responding to breakdowns, and supporting operators through training and SOP development.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans for manufacturing equipment.
• Respond quickly to unexpected equipment breakdowns and work to improve operational efficiency.
• Manage spare parts inventory, recording daily receipt, issuance, and storage requirements.
• Create equipment operation standard operating procedures and train operators on their use.

Required profile

• Background in Mechanical or Electrical Automation or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience maintaining manufacturing equipment, preferably in the air‑conditioning industry.
• Possession of an Electrician/Fitter Vocational Qualification Certificate.
• Basic English communication skills and a fast learning ability.
