ERP Consultant – Business Analysis & System Enhancement

About the role

We are looking for an experienced ERP Consultant to support the design, enhancement and optimisation of our enterprise resource planning solutions. The role will bridge business needs with technology, ensuring that ERP systems align with organisational processes and drive digital transformation across Elm.

Key responsibilities

• Gather, analyse and document business requirements for ERP modules, producing BRDs, functional specifications and process flows.
• Support implementation, enhancement and optimisation of ERP applications, evaluating enhancement requests and recommending best‑practice solutions.
• Participate in testing, validation and deployment of ERP changes, ensuring smooth roll‑out.
• Identify and drive business‑process improvements through automation and system integration, contributing to corporate standardisation initiatives.
• Coordinate integration between ERP and internal corporate systems, maintaining data consistency and troubleshooting issues.
• Prepare management reports, dashboards and analytics, providing insights for decision‑making.
• Collaborate with business units, technical teams and external vendors, managing stakeholder communication and change‑management activities.
• Ensure governance, controls and compliance requirements are embedded within ERP configurations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in ERP business analysis, requirements management and system enhancement.
• Strong understanding of business processes and ability to translate them into technical specifications.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on quality, compliance and governance.
