ERP Operations Analyst

About the role

We are looking for an ERP Operations Analyst to support our enterprise resource planning system, ensuring smooth daily operation and continuous improvement. The role involves providing first‑line support, monitoring performance, and collaborating with internal teams and external vendors.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and implement opportunities for system, process and cost optimisation.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations and internal standards.
• Escalate and resolve incidents promptly to minimise downtime.
• Provide first‑level end‑user support and troubleshoot basic technical issues.
• Communicate scheduled updates, outages or service impacts to users.
• Participate in ERP release planning, validation, deployment and post‑deployment reviews.
• Maintain update logs, documentation and audit‑ready records.
• Monitor application performance and report incidents.
• Coordinate with IT teams during version roll‑outs and patch deployments.
• Collect user feedback and maintain records of bugs and resolutions.

Required profile

• 0‑2 years of relevant experience in ERP or IT operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or a related field.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Good understanding of compliance, risk and cybersecurity considerations.
• Effective communication with internal departments, consultants and ERP vendors.
