ERP Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced ERP Project Manager to lead the planning, implementation and delivery of enterprise resource planning projects across the organization. The role combines strong project management expertise with deep knowledge of ERP systems, business processes and change management.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end ERP implementations, upgrades, rollouts and enhancements, defining scope, schedule, budget and success criteria.
• Develop and maintain project plans, risk and issue logs, status reports and steering‑committee updates.
• Coordinate functional and technical teams across finance, procurement, supply chain, sales, HR, manufacturing and other modules.
• Oversee requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, data migration, user training, cut‑over and post‑go‑live support.
• Manage relationships with business stakeholders, IT teams, ERP vendors and implementation partners, ensuring contractual commitments are met.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration or related field.
• 8+ years of professional experience with at least 5 years leading full‑cycle ERP projects.
• Proven ability to deliver projects on time, within budget and to quality standards.
• Strong stakeholder and vendor management, risk mitigation and change‑management capabilities.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with ERP platforms such as SAP/S/4HANA, Oracle ERP Cloud/E‑Business Suite, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Infor, IFS or Odoo.
• Project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum) and solid knowledge of project governance.
