Event Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Event Project Manager to lead the planning, execution and delivery of events in Riyadh. The role involves coordinating with clients, vendors and internal teams to ensure successful event outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans and timelines.
• Monitor progress and ensure adherence to schedules.
• Manage cross‑functional teams, assign tasks and track performance.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, service providers and partners.
• Oversee venue preparation and ensure readiness.
• Supervise stage, sound, lighting, registration and catering services.
• Control budgets, monitor costs and ensure compliance with approved budgets.
• Identify and mitigate risks, handling operational issues as they arise.
• Prepare regular progress reports and a final project documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Project Management, Tourism & Hospitality or a related field.
• Proven experience managing event projects, conferences or exhibitions.
• Experience leading teams and managing vendors and service providers.
• Demonstrated ability to manage project budgets and timelines.

• PMP certification (preferred)
• Fluency in Arabic
