Events and Sponsorship Manager

About the role

The Events and Sponsorship Manager will lead the creation and delivery of high‑impact luxury experiences that showcase Red Sea Global’s brand and residential portfolio. Reporting to senior leadership, you will design and execute immersive events and sponsorship activations aimed at ultra‑high‑net‑worth individuals, investors and strategic partners.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a luxury events and sponsorship strategy aligned with brand and commercial goals.
• Lead end‑to‑end event production – concept, design, logistics, on‑site execution and post‑event analysis.
• Manage relationships with top‑tier agencies, production houses and premium vendors to ensure ultra‑luxury standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Brand, PR, Leadership) to align events with business objectives and support executive engagements.
• Identify, negotiate and activate high‑value sponsorship opportunities that enhance brand positioning.
• Oversee event and sponsorship budgets, track ROI and report performance metrics such as engagement, lead generation and brand exposure.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience delivering large‑scale luxury or experiential events, preferably in hospitality, destination marketing or premium lifestyle brands.
• Proven track record of managing bespoke, detail‑driven events for UHNWIs and high‑profile stakeholders.
• Strong agency‑level execution expertise and ability to work with external partners.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strategic mindset with a focus on brand elevation and commercial impact.
