Executive Assistant to Founder & Group CEO

About the role

This position supports the Founder and Group CEO of Naqsh Holding across a portfolio of five subsidiaries. Working at the heart of a fast‑moving, multi‑company environment, you will manage the executive’s professional and private commitments, ensuring seamless daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Own and coordinate the Founder’s calendar across all group entities, resolving conflicts with sound judgment.
• Arrange complex travel itineraries, visas, accommodation and logistics for business and personal engagements.
• Prepare, review and manage correspondence, presentations, reports and meeting minutes to executive standards.
• Act as the primary gate‑keeper, handling interactions with internal and external stakeholders, including board sessions, subsidiary CEOs, partners and government entities.
• Track decisions, commitments and action items across the group and follow up until closure.
• Process expense reports, reimbursements and maintain accurate administrative records.
• Support planning and execution of executive events, off‑sites and key engagements.
• Manage select personal commitments with utmost confidentiality.
• Identify and implement productivity improvements, leveraging modern AI tools to streamline recurring tasks.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant supporting a founder, owner or C‑level executive in a multi‑entity or high‑pace environment.
• Exceptional discretion, integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
• Strong judgment in prioritising competing demands.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including email and calendar tools.
• Hands‑on familiarity with AI productivity tools and awareness of emerging AI workflows.
