Executive Assistant to Group Head of HR

About the role
The Executive Assistant provides high‑level administrative and strategic support to the Group Head of Human Resources at Red Sea Global’s corporate headquarters. This role ensures the HR leader can operate efficiently across a complex, multi‑entity organization.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the Group HR Head’s complex calendar, including cross‑entity meetings, board engagements and executive committees.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, accommodation and logistics.
- Prepare executive‑level briefings, reports, presentations and talking points for leadership forums and board meetings.
- Handle incoming communications, prioritising and responding on behalf of the Group HR Head.
- Maintain a confidential document management system for HR records and corporate filings.
- Act as primary liaison between the Group HR Head and C‑suite executives, board members, subsidiary HR leads and external partners.
- Draft, review and distribute HR communications, policy announcements and executive correspondence.
- Support planning and tracking of Group‑wide HR initiatives such as talent management, leadership development and organisational transformation.
- Monitor progress of HR deliverables, flag risks and compile analytical reports.
- Ensure compliance with corporate governance frameworks, HR policies and Saudi labour regulations, and support audit processes.
Required profile
- Proven experience supporting senior executives at a group or corporate level.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Familiarity with corporate governance, HR processes and Saudi labour regulations.
- Ability to work across multiple subsidiaries and international contexts.
