Executive – Human Resources (Saudi National Talent)

About the role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Executive (Saudi National Talent) – Human Resources to join Jumeirah The Red Sea. The role supports colleagues, ensures smooth HR operations and contributes to a positive workplace culture.

Key responsibilities

• Assist colleagues with queries, requests and employment discussions to boost satisfaction and performance.
• Serve as primary contact for department colleagues, providing office coverage during business hours.
• Prepare letters, contracts, certificates and coordinate documents requiring internal signatures.
• Maintain audit‑worthy employee files, manage supply stock levels and handle purchase orders.
• Support compliance and audit‑related matters.
• Drive colleague engagement events, recognition schemes and CSR initiatives such as the “Spirit of Jumeirah awards”.
• Maintain regular communication with department heads, update colleague information sites and coordinate monthly departmental meetings.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or higher education; Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or Human Resources preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
• Prior experience working in the Middle East.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft programmes.
