Executive Manager International Propositions

About the role

The Executive Manager International Propositions will lead the strategy and execution for the Expat and Visitors segment in Saudi Arabia. This senior role focuses on designing, launching, and optimizing end‑to‑end propositions for both prepaid and postpaid customers, driving growth and revenue across the segment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and own the growth strategy for the Expat and Visitors segment, using all available levers.
• Deliver a Segmented Lifecycle Management model to monitor and identify opportunities within customer sub‑segments.
• Provide a holistic understanding of nationality‑based sub‑segments to uncover new growth levers.
• Design complete propositions for prepaid and postpaid customers based on commercial insights.
• Implement segment‑specific strategies, pricing plans, and value‑based segmentation to enhance targeting.
• Support the Expat and Roaming head in proposition development and revenue maximisation.
• Create future revenue streams by developing innovative proposition concepts, including advanced digital services.
• Establish best practices for proposition design, pricing, CLV, and go‑to‑market communications.
• Lead engagement strategies with industry stakeholders, driving targeted campaigns and partnership opportunities.
• Manage the portfolio and segment planning aligned with brand strategy, pricing, and marketing activities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing expat and visitor customer segments.
• Strong ability to design end‑to‑end propositions for prepaid and postpaid telecom products.
• Deep understanding of segment‑based pricing, lifecycle management, and commercial strategy.
• Experience collaborating with cross‑functional stakeholders to launch and optimise propositions.
