Executive Manager Site Acquisition

About the role

The Executive Manager Site Acquisition will lead the end‑to‑end acquisition of radio network sites across Riyadh, ensuring that each location meets functional and capacity requirements. This senior role coordinates with internal teams, external contractors, municipalities and property owners to secure and hand over sites for implementation.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate and finalize rooftop, green‑field, IBS and light‑pole sites that satisfy technical specifications.
• Align site acquisition activities with Site Implementation and other internal departments.
• Negotiate and manage lease agreements, permits (Baladiah), payments and contractual obligations with owners, vendors and municipalities.
• Review site models and regulatory requirements to plan acquisition strategies.
• Document all agreements and permits, and hand over complete dossiers to Admin/Finance for further processing.
• Provide regular progress reports and updates to senior management.
• Lead vendor selection and oversee their contribution to site identification.
• Support site layout adjustments and communicate specifications to the design team.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by senior leadership.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration or a related field.
• Proven experience managing large‑scale site acquisition projects in the telecom sector.
• Strong understanding of lease negotiations, municipal permitting and vendor management.
• Leadership experience supervising direct reports and driving performance against KPIs.
