Executive Manager – Special Assets Legal

About the role
The Executive Manager – Special Assets Legal leads the legal execution function for defaulted corporate clients in Saudi Arabia. The role is responsible for driving recovery efforts through various courts, managing settlement proposals, and ensuring compliance with the bank's policies and procedures.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and analyse legal causes of client under‑performance and address critical documentation issues.
- Review existing and new corporate documentation to assess enforceability in execution courts.
- Lead a team of legal professionals, providing performance planning, coaching, and feedback.
- Achieve financial recovery targets through court‑based collection activities.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Law.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in legal execution, recovery, and litigation.
- Proven ability to manage and develop a high‑performing legal team.
Required skills
- Strong legal analytical and evaluation capabilities.
- In‑depth knowledge of corporate documentation and court procedures.
- Expertise in recovery and litigation processes.
