About the role
The Executive Secretary provides high‑level administrative support to senior management, ensuring smooth daily office operations and effective coordination of executive activities. This full‑time, onsite position requires discretion, strong organizational abilities, and excellent communication skills.
Key responsibilities
- Manage executives’ calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Organise and coordinate meetings, conferences, and events.
- Prepare reports, presentations, letters, and official correspondence.
- Maintain confidential files, records, and documents.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications professionally.
- Take meeting minutes and follow up on action items.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders.
- Monitor office supplies and administrative requirements.
- Ensure efficient office operations and provide additional administrative support as needed.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Executive Secretary, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong organisational and time‑management abilities.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
- Attention to detail and problem‑solving capabilities.
