About the role
The Executive Secretary provides high‑level administrative support to senior management, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations while handling confidential information with professionalism. This role is focused on coordinating schedules, communications, and documentation for executives and board members.
Key responsibilities
- Manage executives’ calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, prepare agendas, and record minutes.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally.
- Prepare reports, presentations, letters, and official documents.
- Maintain confidential files, records, and company documents.
- Follow up on pending tasks to ensure timely completion.
- Communicate and coordinate with departments, clients, and external parties.
- Organise office operations and administrative procedures.
- Support management in special projects and daily operational tasks.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as an Executive Secretary, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
- Strong organizational, time‑management, and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
