About the role
The Executive Secretary will support the Medical Administration department at Dallah Healthcare, handling all clerical duties and ensuring smooth communication across the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Type all correspondence, memos, reports and other documents for the department.
- Maintain an efficient filing system and keep accurate records of work completed.
- Distribute outgoing mail and memoranda.
- Implement departmental policies, procedures and relevant local and international standards.
- Develop indicators, collect and analyse data to measure departmental performance.
- Participate in hospital safety, risk management programs and incident reporting.
- Conduct root‑cause analysis of incidents when required.
- Perform any other duties within the scope of competence.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in English Language or a related field.
- 0–2 years of relevant experience.
