Executive Secretary – Support Deputy Project Manager

About the role

We are a leading contracting company seeking an Executive Secretary to provide comprehensive administrative support to the Deputy Project Manager in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role involves managing daily schedules, coordinating communications, and ensuring smooth project operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage schedules, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Prepare correspondence and reports in Arabic and English.
• Coordinate with government entities and project stakeholders.
• Organize and maintain correspondence, records, and files.
• Prepare meeting agendas and minutes of meetings.
• Coordinate with project teams and provide daily administrative support to the Deputy Project Manager.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in executive secretarial or administrative roles.
• Preferably experience in construction or project‑based companies.
• Good English skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication, organization, and coordination skills.
