Exemption & Refund Administrator

About the role

The Exemption & Refund Administrator will manage customs exemption and refund processes for alfanar Electric, ensuring accurate documentation, timely submissions, and compliance with regulatory and company requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with plants to collect exemption request data, verify documents, upload to the Customs portal, and monitor request status.
• Prepare and submit refund request listings, maintain records of refund amounts, follow up with Customs authorities, and coordinate with Finance on refunded amounts.
• Maintain customs correspondence, approvals, and feedback records; ensure proper filing, electronic and physical archiving, and support audit retrieval.
• Maintain exemption certificate records, process related requests, and prepare routine reports on exemption and refund activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• 2 to 4 years of experience in customs exemption, refund administration, or supply chain compliance.
• Ability to obtain updated soft and technical skills related to the job.
• Strong problem‑solving, quality‑focus, and business process improvement mindset.

Required skills

• Knowledge of customs exemption and refund procedures.
• Familiarity with supply chain best practices and standards.
