Facilities Coordinator - Workplace Experience Associate

About the role

JLL is hiring a Facilities Coordinator (Workplace Experience Associate) in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, to act as the trusted right hand of the upper facilities management team. The role provides onsite support, manages the Facilities Services Helpdesk and works closely with clients and suppliers to meet their facility needs.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the Facilities Services Helpdesk and provide documentation and resources so services are delivered on site in a timely and efficient way
• Improve processes and save costs, and contribute suggestions as they arise
• Provide administrative support, including front desk duties and basic housekeeping
• Meet key performance indicators and service level agreements
• Work with clients and suppliers onsite to identify facility enquiries and requirements
• Take part in procurement of supplies and services through vendors, using planning and budgeting skills
• Keep safe workplace procedures in place and carry them out as needed
• Help implement and manage risk management programs, disaster recovery and business continuity plans, and follow escalation and incident reporting procedures

Required profile

• Prior experience in facilities, property management, hospitality or other related fields
• Understanding of local occupational health and safety requirements, critical facilities and vendor management
• Knowledge of various property systems
• Ability to communicate well with clients, staff and vendors, handle conflicts and conflicting priorities, and remain resilient
• Team player with a proven track record of flawless project execution following company standards and procedures
