Senior Associate - Leasing

About the role

The Senior Associate – Leasing will manage Chalhoub Group’s retail property portfolio, handling site selection, lease negotiations, budget analysis, store openings and contract administration. This role supports the Group’s expansion across the Middle East by ensuring optimal location strategy and compliance with legal and financial standards.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and implement leasing plans and tactics to identify and secure new retail locations.
• Conduct due diligence on prospective sites, create mall profiles and negotiate lease terms within budget guidelines.
• Maintain accurate lease documentation, ensure timely renewals and record any changes in terms or rent.
• Produce regular progress reports, analyse market trends and financial performance to support budgeting and revenue targets.
• Undertake marketing initiatives related to the leasing portfolio, including competition tracking and strategy updates.

Required profile

• Follow division policies, processes and SOPs to ensure consistent work execution.
• Work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining continuity of tasks.
• Prepare target lists of prospective locations and perform thorough due‑diligence assessments.
• Ensure legal compliance with local lease procedures and documentation standards.
