Facilities Executive - Front of House Reception

About the role

JLL is hiring a Facilities Executive for its front-of-house reception in Riyadh. The role acts as the single visual point of contact for client employees and the main interface between the client's internal operations and its clients, welcoming visitors, managing guest registration and supporting meeting rooms and office services.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome visitors, guide them through guest registration, update them on their host and meeting, and see them off
• Register and issue passes to all visitors according to security standards, track them and alert hosts to arrivals
• Manage conference room bookings, keep rooms clean and tidy, set up rooms, order and deliver catering and refreshments, and support audio-visual equipment
• Answer phones professionally, liaise with client employees about reception services, and keep the reception desk, waiting area and meeting rooms tidy
• Handle incoming and outgoing couriers and mail, and complete printing and binding requests
• Purchase and distribute pantry amenity supplies and stationery, and procure and distribute them
• Where applicable, manage parking and vehicle logs, and keep SOPs up to date
• Keep security doors closed, escalate non-working security equipment, and follow escalation and incident reporting procedures
• Contribute to your own development through training and act as an ambassador for the business

Required profile

• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant front-of-house, customer service or general administration experience; hospitality background preferred
• Self-motivated, flexible and goal-oriented, with strong verbal and written communication skills in English and the local language (additional languages beneficial)
• Comfortable escalating early concerns and following established procedures
