Facilities Maintenance Supervisor

About the role

This full‑time, on‑site position in Al Khobar is responsible for overseeing routine and preventive maintenance of buildings, equipment, and facility systems. The supervisor ensures optimal operation, safety, and tenant satisfaction across the portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Follow up on daily maintenance and operations tasks and ensure timely completion.
• Supervise technicians, vendors, and service providers while maintaining quality and safety standards.
• Coordinate maintenance requests, document actions, and close tickets efficiently.
• Assist in preparing operational and maintenance reports and performance dashboards.
• Work with the Leasing/Marketing team on tenant move‑ins, handovers, and vacant space updates.
• Respond to tenant service requests, ensuring proper resolution.
• Support inventory control and procurement of spare parts and materials.
• Conduct regular site inspections and report operational issues.

Required profile

• Proficiency in both Arabic and English (full verbal fluency not required).
• Strong ability to prepare clear, accurate, and well‑structured operational and technical reports.
• Minimum of 5 years hands‑on experience in facilities maintenance or a related operational field.
• Demonstrated professional interaction with tenants and clients, handling inquiries and resolving issues effectively.
• Proven team‑leadership skills, capable of supervising staff, assigning tasks, and ensuring high‑quality performance.
