Facilities Management Consultant – Community Management

About the role

Egis is looking for a Facilities Management Senior Consultant to provide community FM and operational advisory services for mixed‑use and master‑community projects across the Middle East. The role focuses on delivering integrated FM solutions, enhancing customer experience, and ensuring operational readiness for large‑scale developments.

Key responsibilities

• Lead community FM advisory and operational assessment assignments.
• Assess community operations, FM delivery models, and governance structures.
• Conduct operational and technical reviews of community assets and shared services.
• Evaluate statutory compliance, operational risks, and service‑delivery gaps.
• Support FM transition, mobilisation, handover and operational‑readiness planning.
• Develop KPIs, SLAs, governance frameworks and operational procedures.
• Build OPEX models aligned with local and regional benchmarks.
• Support CAFM, help‑desk and customer‑service workflow optimisation.
• Drive service‑charge modelling for community environments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• 5‑7 years of experience in community FM, operational advisory or mixed‑use developments.
• Strong understanding of integrated FM and community operations.
• Experience with governance frameworks, customer experience and operational planning.
• Knowledge of GCC statutory and community compliance requirements.
• Proven experience in FM solutioning, budgeting and OPEX modelling.
• GCC experience required; UAE market experience preferred.
