Facilities Supervisor, Reliability Maintenance Engineering

About the role

The Facilities Supervisor – Reliability Maintenance Engineering will lead a team of technicians to ensure the reliable operation of all equipment and infrastructure within an Amazon warehouse. This role combines hands‑on maintenance, project management and emergency response to support site productivity.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coach a technical team, managing performance and development.
• Design and implement solutions for complex mechanical, electrical and instrumentation issues.
• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance of operational equipment, conveyors, automation and control systems.
• Coordinate with external contractors and be on‑call for emergency repairs.
• Manage multiple projects, ensuring they are completed on schedule and within budget.
• Develop plans to meet engineering department goals and improve facility reliability.

Required profile

• Experience working with electrical, mechanical, electronics, and instrumentation/controls systems.
• At least 1 year of maintenance experience on conveyors, automation or control systems.
• Ability to lead technicians and manage external contractors.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work under tight timelines.
