About the role
The Facility Administration Manager will oversee the day‑to‑day operations of the TCS delivery centre in Dhahran, ensuring that the workplace environment is safe, functional and aligned with project needs. This role acts as the primary liaison between internal teams, external facility providers and finance to maintain seamless facility services.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate with the external facility management company for upkeep, preventive maintenance and annual power shutdowns.
- Manage seat allocation, tagging and de‑tagging based on project requirements and RMG approvals.
- Handle vendor management, evaluation and timely payments through ARIBA.
- Update and monitor OPEX and CAPEX budget projections with Finance on a quarterly basis.
- Prepare and close Open PO reports, ensuring NDC receipt from vendors.
- Maintain lease administration, contract renewals, AMC tracking and upload PM reports to the portal.
- Support audit preparation, maintain documentation folders and ensure SLA compliance for admin tickets.
- Facilitate HSE safety trainings, fire evacuation drills and annual safety certifications.
- Organise event, visitor and parking management in coordination with the building team.
Required profile
- Proven experience in facility or administration management within a corporate environment.
- Strong vendor management and procurement coordination skills.
- Ability to work with finance teams on budget tracking and reporting.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail for contract and asset verification.
Required skills
- Proficiency with ARIBA procurement system.
- Experience using LMS (Lease Management System) for payments.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Teams for coordination and meetings.
