Facility Officer

About the role

The Facility Officer will control and manage all Quality and Safety documentation while supporting Eaton's facilities in Saudi Arabia to meet government requirements and certifications. The role also includes handling utility bills, rents, household services, and maintaining employee attendance records.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain site documentation related to Quality, Safety, and employee training.
• Ensure site safety, hygiene standards, and 5S activities are upheld.
• Handle site utility bills, telecommunications, and other site‑related expenses.
• Coordinate with government officers to secure compliance with certifications such as CR, SAGIA, Ministry of Civil Affairs, etc.
• Manage office supplies, including stationery, tea, and coffee.
• Organise company events in collaboration with other departments.
• Monitor attendance records for support staff (e.g., cleaners, tea service personnel).
• Arrange travel logistics for visitors, including tickets, transportation, and hotel bookings.
• Administer employee access cards in line with Eaton requirements.
• Support site activities such as town halls and engagement events.
• Maintain office entry/exit logs and oversee in‑and‑out activities.
• Perform other documentation and facility‑management duties as required.

Required profile

• Higher diploma certificate; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in a similar role preferred.
• Professional proficiency in English.
• Good communication skills and a proactive approach.
