Facility Officer – Operations & Asset Management

About the role

The Facility Officer is responsible for overseeing daily operations of company transportation, managing asset inventories and supporting the housing and facilities teams. This role ensures accurate reporting, timely procurement and effective coordination with internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and follow up daily bus operations for labor transportation.
• Process and reconcile monthly bus invoices.
• Track furniture and asset stocks using a CRM system and Qlik Sense.
• Issue purchase orders for headquarters and housing through Microsoft Dynamics AX and maintain related dashboards.
• Keep the housing dashboard current and liaise with housing team leaders on maintenance order status.
• Manage direct electricity and water billing with SCECO and the National Water Company.
• Support facilities risk‑register documentation.
• Maintain traceability of assets, furniture, fixtures and related work orders.
• Assist the projects department with CAR/EAR insurance issuance and monitoring.
• Administer and update the CMMS dashboard.

Required profile

• Experience in facilities or asset management operations.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple internal teams and external service providers.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
