Facility Security Receptionist

About the role

Eram Talent is hiring a Receptionist for a client's team in Al Khobar. The role holder assists Facility Management in planning, coordinating and managing reception activities at the client's facilities and acts as the first point of contact for visitors, clients and customers, welcoming them, answering calls, managing appointments and providing administrative support.

Key responsibilities

• Greet visitors professionally and answer, screen and direct incoming calls.
• Manage the reception area so it stays neat, organized and presentable.
• Schedule appointments, meetings and conference room bookings.
• Handle mail and packages, and maintain office supplies inventory and place orders.
• Provide information to callers and visitors about the organization and its services.
• Ensure security and access control procedures are followed, including issuing visitor badges.
• Coordinate travel arrangements for employees (flights, hotels, transport) and assist with event planning.
• Maintain internal databases and records, and help with basic IT support.
• Oversee maintenance of office equipment and coordinate with building maintenance staff.
• Assist with onboarding new employees and work with vendors and service providers.
• Prepare reports on time and meet the department's requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from a recognized university.
• Demonstrated proficiency in spoken and written English.
• 0-3 years' experience in a similar role.
• Proven experience managing a reception front desk.
