Facility Supervisor

About the role

The Facility Supervisor is responsible for overseeing day‑to‑day facility operations, maintenance activities, and support services across multiple company locations. The role ensures a safe, efficient, and high‑quality workplace while supporting business continuity and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily facility and workplace operations, monitoring readiness of offices, warehouses and support areas.
• Plan and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance, liaising with contractors and technical service providers.
• Manage external vendors and service providers, monitor performance, and ensure compliance with service level agreements.
• Support employee experience by handling transportation, accommodation and other workplace service requests.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, conduct facility inspections and drive corrective actions.
• Prepare operational performance reports, track KPIs and recommend continuous‑improvement actions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Facility Management, Engineering or a related discipline.
• Significant experience in facility operations, maintenance planning and vendor management (senior‑level).
• Proven ability to work with internal stakeholders such as People & Culture, Procurement, Finance and HSE.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on operational governance and business continuity.
