About the role
We are looking for an experienced Factory Manager to lead daily operations across our joinery, metal, paint, graphics, CNC, and electrical workshops. The role involves translating project drawings into production plans, ensuring quality and safety, and driving continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across joinery, metal, paint, graphics, CNC, and electrical workshops.
- Translate project drawings into production plans and schedules.
- Ensure quality control, HSE compliance, and efficient resource allocation.
- Lead and develop teams, optimize costs, and drive continuous improvement.
Required profile
- 7–12+ years in exhibition/event fabrication, with 3–5 years in factory leadership.
- Strong technical knowledge of materials, machinery, and production methods.
- Leadership, problem‑solving, and communication skills across diverse teams.
