Faculty Member – Health Management

About the role

The Health Management Program at Batterjee Medical College in Jeddah seeks a dynamic Faculty Member to join its academic team. The role involves teaching, research, student mentorship, and contributing to the program’s academic excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Health Management and related subjects.
• Apply innovative, student‑centered teaching methods and integrate digital learning technologies.
• Create course materials, assessments, and examinations aligned with learning outcomes.
• Participate in curriculum design, review, and continuous improvement.
• Provide academic advising and maintain accurate student records.
• Conduct individual and collaborative research, publish in peer‑reviewed journals, and present at conferences.
• Supervise student research projects and capstone initiatives.
• Offer mentorship and career guidance to students.

Required profile

• Minimum three years (36 months) of relevant academic or professional experience.
• Demonstrated expertise in one or more areas such as healthcare quality, patient safety, health insurance, medical billing, or health informatics.
• Strong record of scholarly activity and publications.
