About the role
Alasala Colleges in Dammam is seeking qualified academic professionals to join its College of Law for the upcoming academic year. Open ranks include Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, and Professor. The position offers an opportunity to contribute to legal education in a dynamic, research‑focused environment.
Key responsibilities
- Teach undergraduate law courses and facilitate classroom learning.
- Conduct scholarly research and publish findings in reputable journals.
- Provide academic advising and support to students.
- Participate in curriculum development, academic committees, and program review.
- Contribute to quality‑assurance and accreditation activities, including NCAAA standards.
Required profile
- PhD degree in a law‑related discipline from an accredited university.
- Previous university teaching experience in law disciplines.
- Strong research and publication record.
- Experience with academic quality‑assurance processes is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and academic leadership abilities.
