Faculty Position in Public Administration

About the role

The KAPSARC School of Public Policy (KSPP) in Riyadh seeks a faculty member to join its public administration department. The position is open to scholars from any sub‑field of public administration and related areas such as public leadership, policy, collaborative governance, decision science, or economics.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver graduate‑level courses aligned with the candidate’s research expertise.
• Contribute to core courses in public sector management and leadership.
• Supervise capstone projects, theses, and student research.
• Participate in departmental service, curriculum development, and scholarly activities.

Required profile

• Ph.D. in public administration, public policy, political science, economics or a closely related discipline.
• Strong theoretical foundation and excellent methodological capabilities.
• Demonstrated record of publishing in top‑ranked journals or academic presses.
• Potential for effective graduate‑level teaching.
