Fashion Consultant – Michael Kors (Westfield Mall, Jeddah)

About the role

As a Fashion Consultant for Michael Kors at Westfield Mall, you will deliver an exceptional guest experience while driving individual and team sales performance. You will act as a brand ambassador, supporting CRM, CX and other in‑store initiatives to strengthen customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve individual and collective sales targets.
• Collect and analyse data on customer behaviour, top sellers and slow movers for business reviews.
• Develop omni‑channel client relationships and provide pre‑buying product feedback.
• Promote the loyalty program (MUSE) and stay current with app offerings.
• Support in‑store marketing events, activations and brand social media campaigns.
• Ensure compliance with visual merchandising guidelines, SOPs and click‑and‑collect SLAs.
• Capture customer data according to marketing requirements and drive eNPS through people‑experience initiatives.
